Took about 15 minutes to actually place our order. When we got to pymt window, we sat there about 45 minutes. They had the car... in front of us pull up to the line. All the time workers were walking pass the window and never said a word! Got tired ofwaiting such a long time for our fast food. Won't be going back again. Read more

I've never had any bad experiences at this particular Hardee's. The wait is never more than seven or eight minutes in the... Drive-Thru. The only time there's a longer wait if an inconsiderate person orders for a whole party of people, then it takeslonger. Otherwise it's usually no more than 5 minutes. The menu changes from time to time which keeps it interesting. Thebiscuits are the best of any fast food place, in my opinion. People are usually nice. I have at least four poor experience with this restaurant. Half cooked bacon and poor customer service. Several instances where... I' ve ordered the food like my kids should have them. The receipts is printed correctly and my food is not how I ordered. What'scrazy is that when I complain, they a re rude like it my fault. After returning my items and waiting for over 20 minutes I hadto wait for them to bring my food to me. When it came I only had one item. I was forced to go inside where the assistantmanager, not even sure what she was was rude. I am not person who looses my cool quick. I was being patient but they acted likeI was in the wrong. The worst! I haven?t had Hardee?s since I was a kid, when we saw the sign off 95N on our way home from Va Beach we decided to... stop. The French fries tasted like old grease and the bacon double cheeseburger was terrible. YUCK! I don?t usually leavereviews but you really need to do something about how bad that food was. When is the last time you were visited by the VirginiaHealth Dept? I am disappointed and struggling with an upset stomach. The aftertaste is uncomfortable.
