Carryout order received 55 minutes after ordering. Website said 19 to 25 minutes. Manager made a comment saying "Everyone has... to wait that long" along with some other snappy remarks in a quite rude tone which amazed me. I order a lot from Domino's andnever quite experienced that level of lack of professionalism. Name was Sabrina. Ordered at 519pm. Just received order at610pm. If you are in airport area, there is an Antonio's Pizza across street that we will order for the rest of our businessconvention trip. Read more
This 1 star is a lie, it?s really ZERO stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is the worst dominos you could ever go to. We placed... a delivery order, then found out they don?t do that, we had to waste our valuable time to come place ANOTHER order for pickup,the mustache manager with the trashy face tattoos was INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. Ms. Mustache told us it would be 45minutes for a pizza, also told us ?I AINT MAKE NO PERSONAL CALLS? when we politely asked to have a call made so we know when thepizza is ready. I?m normally not one to complain but come on. I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done. They actually cooked it less than... they would cook a regular pizza. I asked for no pineapple on my sandwich, it was loaded. Mistakes happen. But pay moreattention. Read more
I came here to store #4258 and had the best customer service experience I?ve ever had. Sabrina and her crew for the night made... my experience absolutely amazing and served the best food I?ve ever had from a dominos franchise. I?m highly impressed by theseladies, they were truly amazing and made my night a million times better. This store gained a lifetime customer. Read more
This Domino?s has really went down. The manager had an attitude and was rude. Home office will be hearing from me and I will do... what needs to be done because it wasn?t no reason to be rude. I ordered online and asked the system to alert me when my order was ready for pick up. I get to the store and go inside. None of... the 2 employees greeted me. I saw other people get their orders, but no text alert yet on my order. When I went to the counterto inquire, I find out my boxes had already been sitting there. The boxes were barely warm so I asked for new ones. Every timewe go to this location, the same African American lady named Sabrina has a attitude and is always rude. Ordered four pizzas and some jalapeño and pineapple chicken today, I walked in and I think it was a manager with long hair that... helped me around 1 o?clock. She was so pleasant so professional she was multitasking and was holding it really well together.She definitely knows how to work under pressure. We own a company around the corner and we go there all the time and not tomention the store was so clean and I was very impressed but again I did not get her name but she is extremely sweet and veryprofessional and I hope she gets a chance to read this and she gets recognized ? I love Domino's they are so respected they are so attentive to the customers they are clean and they also are very safe and... preparing your food. My favorite pizza is the chicken and bacon with lots of onions and cheese.
