Was there today. Appears that Starbucks knows how to switch signs on their restrooms, but doesent know what automatic flush is.... Took photos of both restrooms at the same time. Seriously???! Coffee was not good ether, asked with cream - got with 1% milk. Read more

Terrible! They took over an hour just to make my 2 drinks! They were not that good anyway. I had a bogo deal and Anna was very... kind about it except I overheard the manager telling her to charge me for the more expensive drink which is unbelievable alsospeed is not a thing here... Read more
I just want to state how amazing this location and everyone in its team is!! Everyone was nothing but polite, and during times... like these a smile can brighten anyone?s day!! Anna went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. I live about 25 minutesaway, but I will make the drive any day for service like theirs. The service is awful and the staff is clearly inept. I ordered a Iced Coffee and a piece of coffee cake and it took them 40... minutes to make a piece of coffee cake and it got stolen. They didn?t put my name on it so someone just took it which just showshow awful their system is. The staff deliberately ingnored me when I asked for my money back and when I asked for something ofequal price they gave me something that?s less expensive then what I paid for and never reimbursed me. One of the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! Clean, decent amount of seating inside and a beautiful plaza with outdoor... seating options. Would absolutely stop at this location again. They made the absolute perfect matcha green tea latte. Read more
