This is the third time I?ve been to this location. The first time they got my order wrong twice. Second time was fine, and today... I went for the third and last time. Made hot coffee when I ordered iced, and when I asked for the iced coffee they just dumpedthe hot coffee into ice and gave it back. Also ordered a hot coffee which they only filled halfway. Horrible experience. Drive thru, Ordered two chocolate glazed doughnuts, clearly stated *not the cake ones* and a sweet tea,... because they love to give the cake doughnuts out when you order Chocolate glazed. Of course, get to the window and received thedoughnuts I didn?t want. Ask for the ones I wanted and the young lady wanted to go back and forth with me over doughnuts thatI?m paying for with my money. Requested an exchanged for original glazed simply because I?m not paying for something my kidswon?t eat. She rolls her eyes and exchanges the doughnuts. Get home and my tea is unsweetened. Seriously? I get back in my carand drive back there, I literally can walk to this location from my house. Go inside and see said doughnuts I originallyrequested, and ask for a sweet tea. Sis again wants to argue about sugar and this and that. I?m just like ma?am, can I get afresh sweet tea or can I get a refund? Sis rolls her eyes and makes the sweet tea.
