We live in a world were to keep customers coming back you must be polite and understanding and thats one thing burger king does... not have or macdonalds, but once upon a time burger tasted good and had customers and lost all because of this reason. I go inthe store to buy a whopper I forgot to say with cheese and I pay for it. I open it in my car has no cheese so I walk back in toask the lady what happend to cheese, her response was you did not pay for cheese it's 1 dollar extra!! I said np here is 2dollars.
