Went there for the Browns game yesterday. Totally expected them to be very busy. No surprise there. Having said that, I would... expect that the owner(s) & management would expect themselves to be busy as well. Have they not run a bar on a game day before?Nowhere close to enough staff. Unlike the larger groups there, I was dining & watching the game alone. Took them 1/2 an hour tonotice me sitting at the bar. They asked what I wanted to drink. I said 1 Pepsi please. 20 minutes later finally got my Pepsi.When they brought my Pepsi, I simultaneously ordered 1 pepperoni pizza. Over an hour later, my pizza finally showed up. Notonce did anyone ask me if I wanted any refills on my Pepsi or if I'd like any additional food. You might say I was ignoredbecause they were focusing on the larger groups to make more money & that might be true. However, I noticed 90% of the packedbar seats were people in my very scenario. Very slow to get drinks & almost nobody had food. Not like we all showed up at theexact same time. And you can't tell me I was the only person at the bar that ordered food. While my pizza was very good & tastyonce it FINALLY got to me, the overall service was absolutely lousy. On a scale of 1 - 10, was a negative 10 at best. Might havehad slightly better service if the one guy (as oppsed to the other women working the bar) spent more time serving people asopposed to using a silver drink mixing cup as his personal spit cup for his chewing tobacco. If the Browns hadn't been on tv, Iwould have left before I received my 1st Pepsi. Someone seriously needs to call John Taffer of Bar Rescue fame to get this placerunning way more efficiently! It was such a nice day that we were able to sit in the outside area. This was nice because we were also still able to watch TV.... The food was served fast and it tasted great. Our waitress was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back to this placefor a game. Read more

Went to order a drink and this man was the bartender, he made me some of the best drinks i had in my life, 10/10

I?m from Michigan I picked up an order between 1 hour and 2 hours. The GM mike answered the phone and went on to tell me I... didn?t order my food a hour ago and after I figured out more time lapsed he went on to tell me why am I calling 2 hours after Ipicked up my food up. I paid 14$ for what you see. A piece of lettuce that can not have been fresh or made to order. Scatteredaround veggies everywhere. And a rude Manager that was clearly drunk over the phone. I?m from another state visiting family andpaid 50 bucks to be disrespected to a superior over the phone. The manger was drunk the girls taking the orders were drunk becareful of this place and I wouldn?t recommend it all. Read more

This is my first time at this location. Both the food and service were good. The reason I'm giving it the lower rating is... because I feel as though this location is not doing enough in terms of its layout inside where it concerns covid. The staff didhave masks on but as you will see when you look at my photographs the current floor layout is not consistent with covid-19protocol in my opinion. Seats, food, servers attentive. But the worst display of Covid precautions we've seen. Bar tender with mask down. The... manager. Mask completely down. Sitting at the bar you could see the cooks, without masks on. People allowed to congregate andmove about and even enter without masks. People allowed to smoke at the bar. Vape. No one said a thing. Manager showed upnothing. Cigar smokers? Nothing. Did they clean or disinfect when people left? No. It would not surprise me to see this placebe a hot spot for Covid.
