Pumpkin donut tasted raw and mushy. Breakfast sandwich croissant was burnt for the second time. Won?t return
It?s a very good place when it first open but ever since they hired new staff, the place is just been getting lower and lower... the food becoming cold drinks orders wrong I think they need brand new staff . Read more
Very clean location, and despite not having a drive thru - very busy. I understand the amount of customers can be quite... intimidating but I believe there needs to be a better process in the morning rush - it always seem very confusing with who iswaiting - who is in line - and then when the orders are ready it is not always clear to hear the person behind the counter. Thedigital screen seems like a great idea but it isn't being used - if I wasn't in the profession I am I wouldn't know to payattention to it. So hopefully they can get some type of organization in there but I will continue to go to this location andappreciate the team and their efforts. Read more
Not sanitary. None of the workers wear gloves. They handle money and drinks at the same time. A girl served me my doughnut and... coffee with a bloody bandaid on. Today was last straw lol I cant go here anymore Read more
Store had chairs up in table at 3 in the afternoon. I really wanted to sit down and enjoy my lunch. Floor was sticky and needed... to be re mopped. Able to have order taken right away. No customers on lobby. I was shocked to discover my avocado bacon toast isover $5now. It's a piece of toast.. really? Getting expensive. Friendly staff. Quick order to food In hand. Read more
I love this tiny neat and very very clean place. It?s a not drive thru dunkin?, even got the long line but they serve us really... quick. Only, when I came in I got confuse where the line start. Just left this location about 20-30 minutes before this review. I had ordered a toasted white chocolate latte and got an... "original coffee with toasted white chocolate swirl" according to the little order sticker on my cup. This was probably theworst drink I've ever had from a dunkin. I've ordered coffee with flavor swirls in them before and they still didn't taste thisbad. But getting the order wrong and it tasting bad just isn't what I was willing to deal with today.
