American Burrito is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at for simply one reason: customer service. The customer... service through AB is simply excellent. They are consistently focused on the customers and will quickly seek to make right anyissues you may have. I have never ordered from a restaurant that cares more about the customer experience. Soggy tacos , i wouldn't recommend the tortilla shells were so wet and all I got was chicken tacos .

The crew is friendly and the burritos are yummy. The online ordering worked well except somehow it lost my time for pickup so it... defaults to within 30 mins of when the order was placed...my order only took 10 mins but they kept my 3 burritos warm for 30mins after. Read more

Super fast service very friendly and polite staff. I?m very late in the day there was no issues accommodating despite the fact... they were almost closing. The first time I?ve ever heard of cowboy beans they were great. They definitely add a flavor to theburrito that was a great change up!!
