Pulled up to the drive-thru, Ordered three burrito Supremes. She said no sour cream right away. So I changed my order and... ordered one burrito supreme, one five layer beefy burrito, one all meat burrito and one bean burrito. Every time that I gothere they seem to never have the right ingredients or the right change to give back to you and they never have any receiptpaper, Also they make you wait at the first window and then drive up to the second window, When you're order is ready. Never a good visit here. Always out of items for weeks, they don't open until 10, and they said no inside dining at noon. Mind... you the front doors are open, no signs stating drive through only, but I was promptly asked to get out and use drive through asI walked in. 0 for 3. I will never return. Read more
I had to repeat my order like 5 times and it was still wrong. I pulled up to the window while they were still trying to input my... order, which is fine, but the yelling and giggling between manager and employees was just unprofessional and it seemed as if wewere the nuisance to their party, but I was still like whatever just give me my food. 07/09/2022 at around 12:00pm it wasn?t busy an I ordered 2 hard shell tacos an 2 soft chicken tacos an a box of kfc like the... snack box. So I checked the bag while pulling out which I should?ve checked it right outside the window. I was missing twochicken tacos so I went back an an employee claiming to be the manager insisted she gave them to us. Mind you it?s around 3.50$worth of items. We didn?t take em out bag but even if we did she insisted we stole them. We asked for the money back for thechicken tacos an she said no not unless we give her back our whole meal. An shell refund is the money. This whole transactionwas so unprofessional her name was Serena. Which she could be lying. So I have the duplicate receipt so I?ll be callingcorporate about this. She basically called us thieves for 3.50$ which is unnecessary. Why would we turn around for that. An thanto take our whole meal away was just not right?! She was also rude an super unprofessional. Probably among the worst run fast food places. Poor customer service all around. More often than not, they won?t properly greet... you. Often they will make you wait at the first window to beat/cheat their internal speed of service timer. They are regularlyout of products such as rice and potatoes. Imagine going to a TacoBell which doesn?t have rice. City of Highland deservesbetter. Their menu has broken and mismatching panels and loose/falling plastic for a long time. Needs new management point blank the way it's going now. I don't think it will be open another year the workers don't want to... work no work ethic at all. Its going down hill.
