Bread was not soft I even asked employee could care less
Okay location but good luck trying to get Monterey Cheese on your subs. I kept pointing at it and saying it but they had such a... zombie look. So I asked if they had it but the staff looked at me as if I was speaking another language. I politely tried adifferent tactic and asked what kind of cheese they had. Nothing, no response. It got to the point another staff came to helpbut he too had a zombie look. I tried saying the cheese that starts with the letter M. But he looked clueless and ended upwalking away.... They don't know what Monterey cheese is. So I finally gave up and said provolone, and watched as the staffreached right past it to the provolone and swiss.... Read more
Very clean place and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresh bread was being made which made my BMT sandwich sooooo good.
Be careful coming here! One of the staff is very rude (served by:61) went there today around 2pm (march 17, 2021) and since we... are wearing face mask, I can?t barely understand what she was asking me so I asked her to pls repeat the question and she staredat me, gve me a mean look, rolled her eyes and shook her head! So I originally rated this place 5 stars but came back to edit my review because I walked in today to 3 employees wearing their... masks underneath their noses? (Which renders them useless) Like why would you want to endanger yourself/your customers. I didsay something nicely but got no actual response. Look at my Google account, I am not someone who writes bad reviews, but thisreally rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be coming back until this is corrected. Read more
Friendly customer service. Clean seating area and clean restroom. Food was good too.
I ordered online. They only put 3 slices of roast beef on my footling sandwich and when you call the phone number it says ?the... number has been changed and the new number is unknown?! Isn?t that convenient! We usually go here no issue except the employeesare usually rude/indifferent but we will no longer go to the location on Boulder in Highland. Sandwich was very disappointing.
