Reviews for Jamba in Highland, CA
Great smoothies but they always close 40 minutes before closing time
This location I'm falling off, came in tonight around 7pm and the lights were dim as if they were closed. But the kicker is the... smoothie. I ordered 2 for me and my kid, the smoothies weren't blended and were impossible to drink through a straw. My kid hadchuncks of fruit and ice stuck and he couldnt enjoy, to the point we had to come home and blend them up, completelyunacceptable. Read more
They don't accept apple pay or Samsung pay and can't break my bills. Still don't allow you to sit and enjoy your drink there.
Wasn't serving any smoothie bowls. This was the second jamba juice I came to thus week where they didn't have ingredients or... aren't making bowls. Read more
Don?t go to this location. It?s dirty, there?s about 5 employees working yet NO ONE looks up to greet or assist customers. The... drink I got had plastic fibers in every sip I took. No it?s not pineapple or fruit pulp definitely hard pieces of plastic. Saveyour money. Read more
Jamba Juice is a good place, but I don't recommend this local specifically. I ordered an açai primo bowl and they didn't have... strawberry, I told the cashier to replace the strawberry with more banana and blueberries, and no, they left a space in the bowlthat even the granola could be seen. They didn't have any spoons either, and I had to go to the restaurant next door to ask forone. And to finish, the açai they gave me was frozen, I felt like I ate ice instead of açai, I had to wait for it to defrost. Read more
Giving this place a 4/5 only because of this one worker. She was not attentive when I entered Jamba Juice. I asked an employee... for her name and it is Alejandra. Thankfully the employee with black hair and glasses came up and took our orders! Even helpedus navigate and sign up for the Jamba Juice app! Read more
I used to live here in Highland and visit often. I was so excited when they finally got a Jamba here but it seems that every... time I visit, I try to get an açaí bowl and there?s always an issue. It never failed that they were out of the toppings suchas bananas, strawberries, etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since most places have been dealing with supply issues. Thatwas never a big enough problem to not come back, inconvenient yes. Today we visited and ordered three bowls, one withoutcoconut. The employee proceeded to make them all with coconut, and advised us that she would remake one. She made it in about 2minutes, and I never heard the blender. She tried giving it to me half filled. The amount of açaí in the bowl barely coveredthe bottom. It was also extremely frozen as I watched her just scoop the açaí and smush it down with a spoon. She didn?t evenblend it with the other ingredients like she did with the previous bowls. I?ve about had it with this location and can?t seemyself wanting to return. 30 bucks for lousy bowls and lousy customer service is something I?m not interested in anymore. Read more
