Went on Sunday at 235 pm, there were no customers inside and only 2 cars at drive thru. My wife and I went inside, 1 employee... was on break, 1 at drive through, 1 in the back cooking and 1 in front preparing. We stood there for at least 3 minutes, nobody said hello or greated us, we stood there another 3 minutes, the employee that was preparing food looked at us but neversaid hello or I will be right with you. So we left and went to IN N OUT. The drive thru was 2 lines and at least 10 cars each ,parking was filled up , we went in and had at least 4 employees say hello and welcome, we placed our order immediately and gother food about 5 minutes later. So went to try their new Gorditas that my son mentioned they have. We got the steak and chicken guacamole. Over all very tasty... but could have used a bit more meat for the price. I got more tomato than anything, hopefully you can see that in pictures.Spent about 28$ for both meals. I do really like their fries! Waited 10 minutes at the "24 hour" drive through. Gave up and left.
Chronically short staffed. After getting to the order kiosk in the drive through, had to wait more than 10 MINUTES (!!) Every time I go there I see a new worker they are always messing up on the orders. Also the food is cold. Spent 27$ got 15$... worth of food always missing food item's.
