Cozy atmosphere, very welcoming staff, and delicious food! I was working in High Springs for 2 days, had no idea there was a... plant based cafe and being vegan, I had to try it. I got a piece of pizza and a brownie and they were so delicious that I cameback the next day and got the same thing! Definitely will be back asap, I?ve gotta try everything else. Fabulous gem - I?ve been living in Gainesville for five years I didn?t know this was here but I?m so glad we found it! Food and... baked goods are delicious. We had organic coffee and blondies, vegan spanikopita, and a ?chicken? and artichoke melt wrap andreally loved every bit. We will be back! Read more

I've heard wonderful things about Bambi's Cafe. And they were all true! Finally got a chance to head over for some amazing... vegan food. I got the hummus feta wrap, cashew sunflower pate sandwich and the quinoa burger. Each item was out of this world.The fresh bread carried the delicate flavors so well. Plus all of is homemade, so you know there's a lot of love that goes intothe food as well. We entered right before closing and couldn't order off the menu. My son chose a pre-made hummus sandwich and I chose a Greek... salad from the cold case. Both were very delicious and fresh! If we venture to High Springs again, we'll stop by. Read more

AMAZING cafe in High Springs. Emphasis on organic, locally-sourced ingredients. Great spot for specialty diets like gluten-free... and vegan. They have breakfast, lunch and grab and go items. The baked goods selection is killer plus they serve Sweetwatercoffee. Read more
