I prefer not to use plastic lids while drinking beverages. Was not happy to see a human hair after finishing half the cup... already. Absolutely disgusting. Immediately was offered a replacement one, but had no any desire to keep drinking coffee, so sad"no" to it. Never Tim's cofee again..... Read more

Very dissatisfied. Normally order Reg chili and a full sized bun and butter is included. Not today! Got chili, knife, fork, a... third of a bun (whole wheat as they were out of white buns) yes I said 1/3 of a bun and no butter. Price is the same but themenu is lacking a bun and butter. I agree with one review here, never catch the name of the 2 most pleasant ladies there, I live less than 5 minutes drive from... this one but stopped going there unless I know for sure who works that day. We ordered special donuts for my daughters birthday in advance. Showed up to pick them up and they hadn't bothered to fill the... order, order sheet was just sitting there and no one looked at it. The person working just looked at us and asked us what wewanted them to do about it. Extremely disappointed in the service here, don't order ahead as they don't bother filling the orderanyways. One of the nicer Tim Horton's establishments I've visited. Staff are friendly and respectful, and they appear to actually care... about the customer. This is nice. Good job. Although the store is located on a busy highway, nevertheless; The staff always trytheir best to get your order out in an efficient and orderly manner. This is also nice. Good job again. All in all, it's apretty smooth, no frills Tim Horton's experience. And their coffee is actually fresh here too. Read more
