I called in and asked if their were places to sit and eat and was told yes, so i placed an order online and walked down. Paid... for my pizza and was told that because they were "value items" "13.64 total" i was not allowed to dine in as "it is not aservice i offer" so i sat on a bench outside the resteraunt eating my gradually colder pizza like a peasent. litterally 10tables and not one was occupied, and my order was the only one. Just kinda rude, ive ordered less from wendys and was allowed tosit at their tables. Guy was nice enough and pizza was good, but just anti consumer and only worthy of a 3 star googlereview. Ordered pizza and wings when it came we noticed they had given us boneless wings when we ordered regular wings, when we called... they stated that they could give us a 3 dollar credit and keep the ones we had, or they would bring us new ones if we gave theboneless wings back.... Like what why do you want them back to then throw them in the garbage or to then re-serve them tosomeone else? Never heard of that in my life, really hope they arent re-serving them to someone else thats incrediblyunsanitary... Read more
For any of you that have ever experienced awful service from the owners of the High River Pizza Hut I just wanted to let you... know that you are not alone. I too have walked into the restaurant and been greeted by one of the sourest faces in the serviceindustry that I have seen in a while. His name was David and he is the owner of this facility. Not only does he treat hiscustomers with the lack of respect that they deserve but he is verbally abusive to his employees as well. If you have everwondered why the staff changes so frequently it is because they quit or get fired all the time by this loose cannon businessowner. Looked online for special offers half of them say online only the other half don't try to order one that didn't say online only... but he was very rude and pretty much told me that they don't abide by the online menu. was the first time I was going to orderfrom here will never order there again horrible service on the manager part .
