I'm afraid I can't comment on the hotel room- as I had a good lunch at the hotel restaurant. I'd recommend the restaurant- the... service was good and prompt. Front desk staff had multiple excuses for each of my questions about pricing contradictions - older property reasonably well... maintained - I am far from a fussy traveller:guest - but the bathroom counter has visible sticky spots that have not been wipedsince a previous guest - and the toilet?!! Lovely staff and easy check in and check out! However the hotel was just ok. I feel like for location, amenities, and the... quality of the room the price per night is a little expensive for what they offer. When I looked up photos of this hotel I saw alot of modern styled rooms which looked recently renovated and updated, I have to be honest there was nothing modern or newabout this hotel. Read more

So it was a Sunday night heading towards Lethbridge when our car broke down which we had towed to Ford and we were delight... there is a hotel right next door not many cars in the parking lot so we figured there would be vacancies. When we went in wewere greeted by a very nice young lady and told they didn't have any vacancy so I inquired about the empty parking lot only tobe told they didn't have any vacancies because there were no clean rooms. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, we are so impressed with the service. All of the front desk staff were very... responsive and especially our server Dar who went out of her way to make us an amazing hot breakfast when the chef called insick to work. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed and bedding. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the pooland gym were closed due to construction. Read more

I booked a room along with friends who booked weeks in advance for a wedding. Wedding was at 3pm. Check is 3pm. We asked for an... early check in but they wanted an additional 50% of the room charge to check in two hours early. We said no - we will just checkin after midnight when the wedding is done and the bus brings us back. We got there and we?re told they didn?t have rooms forus anymore. We were drinking and had no choice but to wake up a family member 45 minutes away to come get us at 1am- or it wassleep in our vehicles. To top everything off we smoked a deer on the way home and my mother in laws vehicle was wrecked. I AMIRRATE. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEY CREATED A NIGHTMARE. Read more

This hotel is an older facility (not even an elevator for the 2nd floor rooms), but what it lacked in newer style and features,... it more than made up for in cleanliness and friendly service! And the breakfasts far exceeded anything we've ever had anywhereelse as part of our room charges! We will definitely stay here again!! Read more
