This Wendy's and its staff is so ghetto. Nice looking dining room but service makes me not want to come back. Always a super... long drive thru line that takes forever to move. 25-30 minutes to get "fast" food is ridiculous. Then the food is just thrown inthe bag carelessly and fries half full. Read more
Employees were not very attentive. Food cost a fortune, took forever to get, which I wouldnt mind if it had been fresh but it... was stale. My son basically picked his hamburger buns apart trying to find pieces that weren't rock solid. Ordered 2 combos andonly got the fries for 1 combo. Was also missing a ten piece nugget so I only got half of the gross food I ordered. We didn'teat most of it anyway so all I lost was money I guess. Won't be going back anytime soon. We're sticking to cook out for a while. Read more
Menu sign was still set for breakfast pass noon. Ordering was challenging. Told staff Sign hadn?t been changed, they ignored it.... I am sure they had been told before, but they could have acknowledged it with more than ?order please?. Read more
Rude , nasty , & unacceptable . Was buying breakfast for work team with a work card , first we came back around cause one of... the breakfast sandwiches was incorrectly made , got replaced fine . Had to come back around when saw mold on the bottom of onemy mother , (we work together) was about to pull off & take a bite till she seen the mold ???? Then after we brought it up tothe employees attention she refunded us for the one sandwich but the team wasn?t comfortable with eating the rest knowing it wasmold on one so the boss said we needed to get a full refund , so we went back around and the employee we spoke to at the windowhad a attitude, said we were running up her drive time and was acting like she didn?t wanna be bothered with it cause we gotrefunded for one sandwich already my mom was explaining that she didn?t purchase it for herself and wasn?t trying to bedifficult about it , she kept being rude and going off the manager wasn?t a issue and got our money back but I wouldn?t comeback . And they need better customer service im just disappointed in the whole experience. Read more
It was incredibly slow in line I was in line for over 45 minutes they were understaffed they were more focused on the drive-thru... then the dining room that was several tables that were dirty there was no one to clean the dining room so I don't know why theyhad it open not the best experience that I've had at Wendy's but not the worst please hire some new people and I'm not sure whothe manager was it was only one person on in there that I would consider a grown up he was an older man the rest of them arelike teenagers. The cook always seems to have an attitude. She gets mad at the cashier if the food is wrong. I go here often and it's always... something wrong with my order, but today was especially gross. Only reason I gave 2 stars is bc the cashier is always reallynice. Read more
