I really can't say much. My wife ordered food from Wendy's,,: a Jr Baconator, a large chili, a large lemonade, and an order of... chicken nuggets. I'm not a Wendy's fan, but it's what she wanted. So, we pulled up to the board and she decided what she wanted. I ordered it for her because she can barely be heard unless she's yelling at obscenities at me. The service was great; thefood, she said, not so. What made it worse is that she got the sweet and sour sauce, but not the nuggets (so funny). Thelemonade, she said, tasted odd, and the chili had "too much meat." IT'S CHILI; IT'S SUPPOSED TO HAVE MEAT! Still, she had apoint: she wanted nuggets, and by golly, she was going to have nuggets! So, instead of going back to Wendy's and getting hernuggets, since I placed the order, she made me cook them. Read more
I have visited location at least 5 times in the last month. And each visit i have been disappointed. They are either out of... crackers and sauce for the chilli or frosty mix to make frostys or something. Really though. I mean y'all need to take betterinventory before you run out of stuff. Read more

This is quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They constantly don't have things and don't tell you ahead of time... they're not available. They constantly mess up orders, to name, just a few, no cream for my coffee, no bacon on my bacon andcheese baked potato. The salad advertised on the board and available to order in the app....not available. Window clerk "can'tgive me a receipt because it doesn't print". Asked for 4 cream and 4 splenda, got 5 cream and 9 splenda packets...and a straw. Bun on breakfast sandwich is wrong...coffee was about 2/3 full, if that, 1.5 inches from the top of the small cup. This placeis uncannily bad, and the service is generally aloof if not rude. I complained on the Wendy's website, asked for a follow up,received none. One day I went in for breakfast and they were having a "store meeting" congratulating the employees on sales,meanwhile, no cream for my coffee that day. I simply have to stop going here despite it's convenience of location, it's justnot worth the small drive or the money. Read more
Went through drive through and was asked to pull over while they dropped some fries. I had multiple orders and only 1 had hot... fries. So they held my other fries until they were cold to make me 1 order of hot ones. How stupid is that. BK from now on. Read more
Paid for a large fry $2.49, what I received were cold dry fries and to top it off , the container wasn't even half full. ... Almost as if they dumped a stale-small fry into a large container. I would go ask for my money back if not for the fact that theservice is so slow (seriously, how long does it take to make a plain sandwich, since obviously the wait was clearly not forfresh fries. I will never visit again. One star because even my plain jr. Bacon was trash. Do better folks. Shame. Read more
Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes before hearing them tell the car 3 cars ahead they were no longer serving drive... through customers. That could be acceptable if Wendy's drive through had a way out but not stopping oeople before entering isunacceptable. Read more
