Food was great, service was great. Much better than the last time when it was glaringly obvious the wasn't a manager on site and... the employees were less than professional. One guy that time was good but he only handled part of the process. We asked forwhole wheat crust, and there wasn't enough there for the three of us and he kind of rolled his eyes at the request when he wentto the back to get the dough. Perhaps you need a small refrigerator there up front to hold the dough so they don't need to go tothe back to grab the whole wheat so often. As I said, that was on a previous trip. My first time here. A good friend has been telling me about Uncle Maddio's Pizza for about 2 years now. A group of 6 from work... went today, and we were not disappointed. Love uncle Maddio's! Best place for a low fodmap pizza! I can get a gluten free crust, sub the sauce for butter, add daiya dairy... free cheese, and top it with steak and black olives! One of the best gluten free crusts I have ever had, and overall one of thebest low fodmap pizza at a restaurant. Thank you Uncle Maddio's for being so allergy/intolerance conscious! Was in the area and was looking for a gluten-free option. Excellent choice! The pizza crust was crisp and toppings were really... tasty. They were upfront about the extra cost for gluten free crust and also know the distinction between a sensitivity and anallergy. Would definitely return here if we were in the area again. Read more
