Sent my niece to pick up our ham last year for Thanksgiving, an old white woman was very rude to her. I went today(2022) and an... old white man was rude to me, assuming I didn't already pay for my ham because I'm young, black, with small children. Askingridiculous questions before I can even get through the door and didn't even greet me with a "Hello." It's not all the staff butthe rude ones are very rude for no good reason. Do better! Delicious food, friendly service, reasonably clean location (*96.5 health department score at the time of my last visit two days... ago), ample parking, good visibility. Somewhat pricey, but undeniably tasty fare made from fresh (*quality)ingredients. Recommended. Read more

Busy time of year of course but they are really good about having everything ready when they say it will. Not much for customer... service or overly friendly. The employees seem to just be going through the required motions of the job and don't make you feelthat your business is appreciated or care if you return for future business. Read more

When I went to pick up my ham that I ordered and paid online.......the line was veeeeeeery long, not kidding. I waited for 1 &... 1/2 hours to get it. They should have set up 2 lines..... one for pick up and one for non pick up. It was cold outside too. Andthen they were giving me a 7 pound half bone in but I paid for 8-9 pounds. Although the food is good it's not worth the wait when you prepay. Should they not have a separate line for people that have... already paid? And then when I finally did get to the front of the line some of the stuff I bought and pre paid for was sold out! They need better management for the lines it's crazy! Very good food and super friendly service. Best sweet tea for miles around. I love the ham salad sandwich. The potato salad... recipe changed and I didn?t like it as well but most people will like it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
