Busy time of year of course but they are really good about having everything ready when they say it will. Not much for customer... service or overly friendly. The employees seem to just be going through the required motions of the job and don't make you feelthat your business is appreciated or care if you return for future business. Read more
When I went to pick up my ham that I ordered and paid online.......the line was veeeeeeery long, not kidding. I waited for 1 &... 1/2 hours to get it. They should have set up 2 lines..... one for pick up and one for non pick up. It was cold outside too. Andthen they were giving me a 7 pound half bone in but I paid for 8-9 pounds. Sent my niece to pick up our ham last year for Thanksgiving, an old white woman was very rude to her. I went today(2022) and an... old white man was rude to me, assuming I didn't already pay for my ham because I'm young, black, with small children. Askingridiculous questions before I can even get through the door and didn't even greet me with a "Hello." It's not all the staff butthe rude ones are very rude for no good reason. Do better!
