Starbucks has legitimately good coffee. I want to hate because it's corporate coffee, but I do have to give them props because... certain blends they have are delicious. Hey it's Starbucks. What else can I say! They had good service. They were a little busy at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. I've had many... meetings at this location and they have always been kind and courteous to me and my clients. Pretty fast with the coffee! Read more
Worst customer service. Stood at the counter for over 5 mins, was never acknowledged by any staff member. I finally spoke up... about placing a mobile order (more than 20mins before I arrived) and I got attitude from the barista about how she was the onlyone working that section and I would just have to be patient. She didn?t ask my name or offer to check. Luckily someone elseoverheard and recognized they had moved my order off the pickup shelf - who knows why. Super rude the person making the drinks put them in the drive section, I got up and asked and the only thing they says is ?we... don?t have enough people rn? so I waited there for like 30 minutes and I got up again and asked because everyone had theirdrinks that came before me, she said ?oh I didn?t realized ?and I said ?I got up and asked? and she started Yelling and beingsuper rude. I always wait the longest at this Starbucks compared to any other one. I can guarantee it every time I come. It's also never... very clean (tables sticky and have pieces of food on them). Read more
Too many bad experiences. Some drinks not made right. Online orders not ready soon enough. Stars not added back to my account... when an employee said he would cancel the order. I was basically just told call customer care to figure it out when I called thelocation to get help fixing it as I never received the drink. Read more
My first trip to this new location and wow is it nice inside. I used to frequent the location on the corner frequently but I... stopped paying $5 a cup for coffee and started grinding and making it at home. This location is really nice inside. Place waspacked but service was mostly quick. Read more
The service was extremely slow inside the store. We went in to order because the drive through line was so long but our order... was held up by the line and every car in it got their order before we did including about 12 (if I counted right) that showed upafter had already ordered. The coffee was not well made and was by far the worst I have had at any Starbucks. We will not beback to this location again. Read more
