Just had the most unprofessional customer service ever. The cashier ringing me up for tobacco was a nice young black young lady... and very courteous. However the other cashier whom was a black young lady with glasses without a name tag took over her registerto cash out a $100 lottery ticket interrupted my transaction. The cashier who was ringing me up said in a jokingly manner dangthey ready to go and the cashier with glasses said ?okay I?m ready to go to? as if she didn?t want to be at work. Her responsewas unprofessional and she wasn?t apologetic about inconveniencing customers which caused the line to grow even longer. Read more
Usually my experience at Sheetz is pleasant, however this location did not meet my expectations. I was chased out by whom I'm... guessing is a manager to be humiliated in front of my peers. The employee yelled across the parking lot for me to return thebeer I had in my coat he says. I looked at him with the look of confusion and asked what beer. He then asked to see the insideof my coat which of course I obliged, he searched with his eyes to only find no beer in my coat. With all eyes on us he thenturned around and walked back inside. I would like to know why I was the customer he decided to chase out the store and yellacross the parking lot calling me a thief? The incident was very humiliating and I didn't even get a sorry or anything. Thislocation obviously doesn't believe in apologizing when there dead wrong. Be careful going to this one for you may be the nextunlucky customer that gets called a thief in front of many other patrons FYI. Read more
Sheetz is a one stop shop!! The food is ok but it's faster than almost any fast food restaurant! I love their ice coffee drinks... milk shakes ect are the best and the price is cheaper than most other places! Employees are always very friendly and helpful!Their offer free air in the parking lot if you need to out air in your tire bathrooms are always clean if you need a convenientstore can go wrong stopping at sheetz Read more

This place is always a nightmare! No matter what time you go it?s always packed with people. At least four pumps will be out of... order and there?s always a bunch of lawn or utility trucks blocking the parking lot. Gas prices change every day. The onlyreason I come here is because I live up the street. One of the only good things about this pandemic is I no longer have tocommute because I work from home so I only have to gas up about once a month. Read more
A gas station with made to order food, and some smaller sized grocery convenience items. We go here so much that the employees... recognize us. Probably indicates that I spend too much money at convenience stores. Buy hey Sheetz has it all in that category.Also, I cannot tell you how many times I have searched out a sheets because they have free air (for tires) and as of the lastfew years they keep them working and maintained. Some have drive through, some have a car wash, some have cheaper high ethanolgas, some have it all. But sheetz are everywhere and they are pretty consistent. They always try to stay on the lower end of theprice scale for Fuel based on locale averages. Sheetz card saves 3% on gas, and you can very quickly stack points and trade themfor sheetz items or higher discounts on gas. The other day they sent me a credit card offer to get an additional 8 cents off pergallon using it. They have figured out the convenience store gas station algorithm, and it works. Read more
