I went in a few weeks ago around 4:30am as I was heading to work. I stood at the register for what seemed to be a lifetime. ... There was a tall gentleman making food orders, and when I asked him if he could let his coworker (and older lady) know that Iwas there, he dismissed me saying, ?I don?t know what she?s doing, she must be in the office.? So, I waited. I ended up walkingout. When I got to my car, she finally came to the front. So I went back in. She was starting up the machine that cleans thefloors, so I had to raise my voice so she could hear me. I told her that I waited for five minutes for her to come back out, andshe pointed at the guy saying that he was there the whole time. I explained to her that I asked him to get her, but he didn?t,and she said, ?Okay!? She rolled her eyes at me, turned off the machine and slammed the cord down. When she spoke to me, it wasvery condescending and rude. I work an hour and 15 minutes away, I shouldn?t have to wait for 5 minutes for help, and Ishouldn?t have to ask for help, be dismissed by one employee, and then deal with an attitude from another employee. Thesepeople are literally there for the purpose of helping customers. I?ll never go back in that store before work again. Read more
