I have grown to like the Alfredo pasta at pizza hut after they have changed them. However they are always too dry especially if... you have to reheat them. I have learned to ask for extra sauce in a separate container which works really well if you have toheat it multiple times. I was assured by Quinton an employee from a High Point location that he had added the extra containers. I always make sure they understand what I am requesting so there are no conflicts. However, he assured me but he LIED/ neveradded the extra sauces. Some people may think this is pety but when you are paying $40 for food/ you don't get what your askingfor it's like throwing money out the window. Read more
I was given an estimate of 35-45 minutes for my delivery order. I?m ok if it takes a few extra minutes but my food did not... arrive for over an hour and a half which is unacceptable. After the food was dropped at the door, we realized that all of thesauces that were ordered and paid for, were not there. Ordered a pizza from them yesterday and it was cold and disgusting. It had to be old because when I got the pizza, it was like... they took old pieces and put it together to make a pie. I opened the box and pizza slices were all over the place. Unacceptable! I would never spend another dime at this place. Read more
I've ordered from this location several times and recently the experiences haven't been great. The past few times the location... has been unable to complete my online order due to either not accepting online orders or not having a delivery driver. Lastnight we ordered 3 pizzas and all of them arrived warm-ish, not hot. They were all over done, the cheese was dry and crusty ontop of the pizzas; one of the pizzas we ordered was burned. I have found a new place to order my pizza! The service was outstanding - I received my order in 30 minutes and the delivery... driver was very kind and personable! My food was very hot, the crust was crispy, the cinnamon rolls were done just right and theCheesy bread had plenty of cheese. To top it off, the toppings on the pizza went all the way to the edge of the crust and mywhole order was correct! No complaints at all! Job well done! Read more
I haven?t eaten at Pizza Hut in many years and now I know why. I thought I would give it another try to get a pizza that was... worse than any frozen pizza I?ve ever bought at the grocery store. It was dry and over cooked with little to no toppings. Therewas such little cheese I didn?t think there was any actually on it. How is this place still in business? My order came with more than half the items missing. The app allowed me to order items that were not on the menu at the store... anymore, then when the store called to ask me if I wanted to substitute I found out items that were NOT on the app available toorder (breadsticks) were actually available. Then the substituted items were not included in my order nor were many of theother items that were on the original order. Very disappointed. The manager was trying to be helpful and only offered torefund the materials that were not sent. No other thought or consideration for the complete inconvenience and theacknowledgment of the mistake. Wow I was at the Quality inn 8 min away. The pizza was scheduled for delivery and did not show up until a full 30 min later... AFTER I called to check status. Their webs sister of delivery alerts were useless and never sent a single email, text, or anynotifications. I will NEVER order from this company again. Read more
