I order delivery, gave the drive a $5.00 TIP. But had to go the store to pick up my order which was sitting in the warmer box... for over a hour. Pizza wasn't fresh or at temperature. It should had been remade. And I did not receive my TIP money back or theprice never changed since I pick up my own order from the store. Pizza hut on north main sucks!!! Pizza hut consistently delivers. Perfect order, food was still warm, flavorful and great delivery service.
Service ok. Good pizzas. My only complaint is one time they'll deliver to my home. The next time they say they don't deliver.... Then the next time they do. I don't understand that. Read more
I was 100% not satisfied with my experience with this pizza hut location. I ordered the pizza online for delivery. After 45... minutes of the schedule delivery time, I called the location and they indicated they had one driver and to wait about 10 or 15minutes. After 20 minutes I called back and the young lady informed me the driver should be pulling up any minute. She acted asif she called the driver and received his location. After another 20 minutes of waiting I called back. I called multiple timesso I could cancel my order. The young lady said she would cancel my order and I indicated I would come to the location to pickup a receipt. The manager never came out to speak to me, never came to the counter. The young lady went to the manager toretrieve the receipt because the manager placed it on his desk. He never acknowledged me as the customer, never apologized.Communication is very important as a society and especially in business. If I would have been informed during the first phonecall that my order would arrive in 1 hour, I could have made other arrangements. under cooked food, skimpy toppings, over prices bone in chicken wings, without bone $14 for 16 and $18,95 for 12 bone in cause... it is more trouble to put the BONE BACK in the wing, lol. Easy order to make. One of the few chains that delivers to my area. One of the few chains that doesn't screw up a pepperoni... pizza. Good enough for me. A little more variety in specials would bring this to 5 stars. Read more
I just order a large pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. My pizza sucked! I called to tell them it was hard and crusty... and that the pepperonis were stacked and barely done on the bottom. The manager said thank you for your feedback and that wasit. She was yelling at one of the cooks to go home when I picked up my pizza. I will not be back. Most of the time the pizza quality is hit or mis, more often the latter. But I want to give a compliment to the team for my... order today. 10-8, 3pm (see image) I ordered extra/double pepperoni and banana peppers on garlic parm sauce, regular cheese.(Pretty much the same thing I always order.)
