The food is amazing and this is one of my High Point Market go-tos every year. It?s a bit crowded (tables close together in... rows) and hectic. The food was good but the person waiting on us only came by to take the order and then a different person dropped off the food... which was missing some parts of the order. I was finished with the meal before the original waiter came back to check on us, Iwas out of water and pretty much ready to leave by the time we got our second visit. Food is pretty good, but they make too many things hot. I do not like how they automatically bring out hot salsa and I have to... ask for mild. They also put chiles/jalapeños all over everything that I then have to pick off. Everyone does not like hot food.Service was great. It was taco Tuesday. Price was good. Steak tacos were good. The chicken taco didn't have much taste. Almost like boiled chicken... real runny. Salsa was good & spicy. Chips were a little thick & but cheese dip was good. Will go back. But won't get chickenagain. Read more
Got a takeout order. I would describe the food as sub-par or mediocre. Everything was chock full of onions, tomatoes and somehow... over or under seasoned. Stale chips obviously they use the day before?s for takeout so ask for freshies! The manager reachedout to me a couple days later and assured me the staff had been retrained. She also gave me a gift card. Unfortunately I hadalready flown back to Kansas so I handed it off to a local friend. I still appreciate the sentiment. Read more
Update 11/26/22. This is still our favorite Mi Pueblo restaurant in the area. Our server Nan was excellent and the food was... delicious as usual. Delicious!!! This is our first visit since the remodeling. This place is so nice and the food is just asgood, if not better than before. Next time we plan to eat on the patio. Read more
