It's clean the food is good I go about once a wk for my lunch break and there fast and the lady at the register is always nice
Waited for my curbside mobile order. The order went thru and asked me for my parking number. 4 employees came out but no one... said anything. 20 mins later they came out to say that they didn?t do mobile order. Read more
If you don't go through the drive thru, they don't care about you apparently. I got a free large fry, waited 24 mins. Probably... would have waited longer if I didn't go up front and say something :( Jesus Christ. Read more
Excellent location and great McDonald's food seems to be prepared fresh, and most staff seems very friendly. But at times... it's hard to get waited on and wait is long to get your food. Read more
terrible service, we went very early in the morning for breakfast, the chicken in my biscuit had a very bad taste, the bread was... very cold..., I passed,then I went to the counter for some ketchup, I stood for about 5 minutes and counted more than 7employees and none of them attended me for almost 5 minutes, until I was already annoyed. I asked them if someone could pleaseattend, finally some one did.. unfortunately I really like MacDonald but his staff is very poorly trained. Read more

The Chicken McNuggets were ok not great. Drinks were as expected and were good. The cleanliness of this location is not great... at this point. As beautiful as this location is, it really should be kept up better, meaning picking up items off tables andfloors. Women's bathroom was messy and smelled bad. On one prior visit I found the same thing in dining and rest room. Infairness to the management and staff I have been here before and it was very clean and location was at that time a gem of HighPoint. Because this location is convenient I will give it one more try and update my review at that time. Read more
Hate to say it but this McDonald's is the worse one in High Point my friend just bought a quarter pounder and the freaking meat... was raw in the middle. I really wish the staff start taking pride in the food and service but I never eat there ever again. Smh Read more
