Always good food, meat piled high on sandwich and broccoli cheese soup is rich and thick with cheesy goodness!

If I could give this location no stars I would. I love McAlister?s, I haven?t had issues when it came to the new garden location... but today was just terrible at this location. It was convenient and down the street from my job. I order a spud potato around5:40pm my lunch is over at 6:30.. I?m waiting and waiting and around 6:10pm I?m just confused. I asked the lady cashier if sheknew what the hold up was and she told me they were out of potatoes. Now my problem became with the manager on shift today!!!How do you fail to tell someone there would be a 30+ minute wait for a potato and see if the customer wants to wait number one.And then you run out and couldn?t offer me something else ? Or advise me.. He didn?t even care that I was unable to eat forlunch today because he failed to give Simple information. I just would?ve appreciated a heads up better customer service. My husband turned me on to this place. He brought home a gallon of lemonade, 2 brownies, and a cookie. Everything was GOOD. I... went back on today and got another brownie and tried the King club sandwich. DELICIOUS. Only reason I didn?t walk out with agallon of lemonade was because they sold out ???? I love this place and this my my 12 year old?s favorite place her her and Daddy to go to. My only concern this visit was that... the broccoli soup was warm at best. We are used to piping hot soup. This small issue isn?t worth rating lower than 5 starsbecause they are perfect normally. Awesome job McAlister?s!!!! Read more
Wish Sawyer was more helpful and understanding. You see, after neurosurgery in November I became very sick in December so my... neurologist placed me on a plant and soy diet. This in addition to being diabetic has proven to be a challenge. There areplaces and people who are willing to work with you and then there are places like here that couldn?t care less and refuse toassist whatsoever. No worries. There are plenty of places who are happy to serve and willing to help. I?ll choose to dinethere instead. I definitely don?t recommend and won?t bother coming back. Read more
Visited this location recently and had a great experience. The employees were pleasant and the food tasted really good. My... husband's BLT was my favorite part! I'm not a fan of mustard but even the mustard that comes in the BLT was the perfect touch.We were skeptical of the strawberry lemonade at first because it looks watered down but boy were we surprised! Would be myperfect brunch spot if they served mimosas lol. I recommend visiting. Read more
