Worst customer service ever! We've been eating here since the restaurant opened. The recent change in management has been a... complete failure. Our call-in order tonight was wrong for the 3rd consecutive time. When we called the restaurant afterdiscovering the mistake when we got home, Emely, who took the order told us that she only heard spaghettis not the chickenspaghettis that my wife actually ordered. Made no effort to make the mistake right. When explaining to the manager, Felix, healso made no effort to right the wrong. Then he proceeded to hang up on my wife. We're done with this place. Overpriced for food that has absolutely no seasonings on it. Fries were soggy and meats were dried. Idk who be giving this... restaurant really high reviews. Either fake account or people who has no taste in food. Read more
I like the fact that they bring you your food you have to wait for him when they call your number I didn't like the fact that I... had to make my own drinks I understand that they're very busy and there's a lot of people in there my first time in therestaurant 799 for a salad that was sort of small wasn't bad but I understand it's on the richer of town but $3 for tea iscrazy. I hate to leave a bad review but it felt warranted. Last week, we popped in to order some food to go. We ordered a sandwich, a... kids meal and I ordered the ?entree? size Greek salad. We were in a hurry so I didn?t examine the salad before leaving. Uponopening the bag I was shocked to see that the salad which cost almost $9 was comprised of wilty shredded iceberg lettuce and acouple of sliced veggies. It was in a small container and not even completely full. At any other restaurant it would beconsidered a poor quality side salad at best. I called the restaurant to see if there had been some mistake but was immediatelyput on hold and no picked up for more than 8 minutes so I hung up. We won?t be eating here again. Read more
I am absolutely disgusted. I didn?t even take pictures of all the food because it wasn?t even worth it. Burnt french fries burnt... meat. The only thing good was the spanakopita. IAlmost $60 for this trash.Go somewhere else anywhere else is better. Read more
