Worst customer service ever! We've been eating here since the restaurant opened. The recent change in management has been a... complete failure. Our call-in order tonight was wrong for the 3rd consecutive time. When we called the restaurant afterdiscovering the mistake when we got home, Emely, who took the order told us that she only heard spaghettis not the chickenspaghettis that my wife actually ordered. Made no effort to make the mistake right. When explaining to the manager, Felix, healso made no effort to right the wrong. Then he proceeded to hang up on my wife. We're done with this place.
