The food was wonderful and well cooked. Service (Angel) was great, even though there were several large groups. Will be back!

Arrived at the restaurant last night to see it at about 15-20% capacity but the hostess explained there would be a wait as the... kitchen staff were running behind. I just arrived from from a 6+ hour drive from Georgia and we were excited to have dinner. As we waited to be seated, we were rather surprised to hear a server approach the hostess stand and drop the f-bomb. As abusiness owner myself, that?s always disappointing in the front of a business establishment regardless of what the business is. When taken to our table to be seated, the hostess noticed the table was still dirty and was kind enough to ask us to please waita moment for her to retrieve the necessary items in order for her to clean the table before we sat down. Our server started offgreat and made suggestions for our order as I?m vegan but he is not. As we waited for our salads, we heard something break inthe kitchen and a male voice yell ?God D@?N? followed by lots of playing. The tables around us were dirty and what we gatheredwere there was possibly a staff shortage and/or no management on duty. A good manager or leader should be able to redirectpeople who are standing around playing to help clear tables or run food. That?s part of training and then you have to havesomeone in that position who cares and it was clear that nobody in the restaurant last night cared. We did enjoy our salads butI definitely won?t be returning nor would I recommend this particular location to anyone in the area or visiting. It?s adisgrace to the Longhorn name. Ordered take out on 2/16/22 at 6:24pm with a pickup scheduled for 6:50. Among other items, the order included 3 ribeye steaks (2... regular, 1 outlaw). After waiting for the order 40 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, I get home to find this as a ?medium?cooked steak. Every bit of the moisture, tenderness, and flavor was cooked out of them. I tried my best to add moisture andflavor with A1. Not to mention half the rest of the food was cold which leads me to believe the order was just sitting in theback, being ignored, like my presence. And today 2/17/22 while eating an unopened/leftover salad for lunch I was greeted by ahair in the salad that was not from me. GROSS! Read more
I love their steak! We always have good experience, and friendly staff every time we goes there. Even though we had to wait for... about an hour tonight, it was all worth it. Our waitress was extra sweet! Damn where do I begin? I was beyond upset andembarrassed at the same time. My hubby and I along with our infant trying to get some steak tonight, unfortunately it didn't goas planned. The waiter sat us down and we waited for at least 30 to 40 minutes. NOBODY acknowledge us. The server or whoeverdidn't even ask for our drinks. They just passed us like we're an unpaid customers. As much as I love Longhorn, I probably wouldgo there anymore! Read more
great time here with family! brenner/brennen (?) was a great server, and took care of the other people that joined our party,... (unexpectedly), almost instantly. i ordered the 5oz salmon, my dad got catfish (which was a great portion size, he had a lotleft over!), my uncle got the classic cheeseburger, and my mom ordered a half rack. we were all very happy with our orders &the service we received! :) Read more
This is a place that never let's me down. Sumptuous tasty entrees @ a reasonable price. All the dishes in my post for less than... $ 65. The waitress, Katrina, was phenomenal and met our ever need. Friendly, personable and conversational. She showed realinterest. Haven't had service like that in quite a while. In High Point on our way back to OHIO. And we could not have made abetter choice for a meal. Read more
Why did I torture myself again! I have given this Longhorn on N Main St in High Point, their last chance after chance!! DO NOT... ORDER from here!! After I had gotten home from work, I asked my husband to pick up my order from Longhorn.. He said baby, No,Really? I stated I know, but I love this place and of course my strawberry salad! OMGG!! Why call it a strawberry salad withtwo strawberries??? That?s exactly what I received. Not even 5 grapes. Bread, one pack of butter! Simple, right? Well the steakI ordered medium rare, I got a tough medium! The baked potato looks as if was sitting for hours.. brown, old and hard.. You bethe judge as you look at my photos!! $30 gone and a tip! My husband looked at me and said, See, we could have gone to Osteria! But, It was convenient and I was drained from working today, didn?t really want to dress for Osteria?s !
