On my way to subway I thought Jimmy Johns is closer, I'm short on time. I asked him to type my number in, I have a $3.99 sub... waiting. Then I found out I also had a free sub too if I order from the app. The young man was helping me and then the techguy comes, takes off his gloves and asked several times for my phone. NO I don't want you touching my phone!!!! but he insist. I had done all the steps with the young guy and even learned how to use the app. Being there 15 minutes, the tech guy says your$3.99 sub has expired. Your free sub just expired. Do you want the sub, you have to pay. They wasted 15 minutes of my time, Ihad no time to go elsewhere. He could have offered me a one time courtesy, being that I had both offers and wasn't aware theyhave short deadlines. The sub was made. I was there so long. You've lost my business! Read more

This the 2nd time that I have placed an order for delivery and had to call to find out the status of my order. 1st time was... delivered over an half hour after I called which was an hour after I had placed the order. The sandwiches are what you?d expect from a Jimmy John?s but everything else is lackluster. The employees are rude, the... drive-thru is anything but freaky fast, the food has come out wrong several times, and they have super limited drinkoptions. Tried to visit and take my business to their new location. The App billed me 4 times but told me declined card due to address... info. I drove there to tell them not to make 3 extra duplicate orders. I have only ordered a few times from this location. Great sandwiches, but that is where the greatness ends. They may as well... stop offering delivery since there is never a driver. The employee I dealt with is rude: did not care that an incorrect orderwas charged to my card, hangs up the phone, and does not greet as someone else here mentioned.
