We were pleasantly greeted, seated and served by a waitress with a fabulous, attentive personality. The food was delicious, the... chef outstanding. The omelet was so big that we asked if he could half it. Without hesitation, he did so. The coffee wasperfect...strong and hot. I never thought of such a pleasant dining experience at IHOP but it was mainly the waitress. Myapologies for not remembering her name but I will post it later. Read more
I had food delivered and my pancakes came like this undercooked and looked like they were just thrown around and the DoorDash... driver had all good reviews so it was most likely ihops fault, they didn?t put the hash browns in both of the meals I orderedthe bacon and sausage were not done i almost threw up I couldn?t eat any of this except the toast. I?m guessing this is how theytreat delivery?s since I wasn?t able to say something since I wasn?t eating inside the restaurant? This I hop is digusting forthis. Read more
This IHOP is currently not worth coming to. The last 4 times I have been there the service was horrible and the orders were not... right. One lady said, ?Next time they?ll have to wait like everyone else.? How can you say that when I placed my order an hourago? If the wait is over an hour then it shouldn?t have been allowed for me to place the order. Then they acted like they didn?teven have the order. I will add that this same lady is the one yelling at everyone that works there and being a genuine jerkwith a bad attitude. I wouldn?t work well under those conditions either. The atmosphere is very unprofessional and genuinelyugly. I feel sorry for the young lady working the front counter. She is actually nice. Of course they got my order done in like15 minutes once I started complaining. But all in all, no manager talked to me, no discount, not apologies?.no nothing. KnowingI was upset as the customer who already had the money come out of their account, nothing was done to make me happy about myexperience. I placed one order in August and I was called by the DM (voicemail) and never heard back even after I called back.Then heard from the SM who said I would receive a full refund. Still waiting for that refund 2 months later. I will be goingsomewhere else to get breakfast food in High Point from now one. 4 times is enough. Oh my god what an ordeal thanks to Uber Eats. Wrong order like the worst I have ever had. Driver ???????. Overall I?m going to give this location a ? instead of a ? because I want to come across as genuine as possible, and not like an... angry customer. I used the mobile app to order 4 buttermilk chocolate pancakes; which cost $9.60 after tax. Pros: Nice Cook,Extra Pancake The two pros were that the service was kind, and the cook gave me 5 pancakes instead of the 4 I ordered. Cons:Slow Service, Unclean Cooking Tools, Wrong order The three main reasons that I?m giving this place a bad review is the oneslisted above. I used the app to place my order, and I scheduled it for 8:30. I didn?t show up until 8:46 and when I got insideand waited 5 minutes for them to get to me, the cook said that my order would be coming right out. Just for the record, I saw 2people working there, and there was only one other family dining inside. The cook then grabbed the batter out of the fridge andproceeded to cook my pancakes. After about 10 minutes he came out with my order. When I opened my order at home, I noticed thatthe pancake batter was chocolate, when I ordered buttermilk. I wasn?t that frustrated though, but when I started eating themthey had this burnt taste. I was only able to eat two before they got too sickening, so that extra pancake wasn?t a delight toreceive. They didn?t appear to be burnt, and the cook didn't cook them for a prolonged amount of time, so I assume that thegrill they were cooked on was dirty. While I was waiting I couldn't help but noticed that their clean rating was a 92 which islow, as most restaurants I go to have a 95 and above. Most of the food was good, but the hash potatoes had a weird texture. Maybe thawed out before cooking? Waiter was very pleasant... but not very attentive. Place was almost empty but had to flag him down twice for something. Menu is much smaller than in thepast. Read more
I just love the fast and friendly service. Their omletes are great and you definitely get your moneys worth. I would definitely... recommend people to try this place. Still love going here. Read more
Waitresses should not take it upon themselves to change customers order. I ordered 4 protein pancakes, scrambled eggs and smoked... sausage. My order comes out as a combo with only 2 pancakes, hash browns and regular sausage links. Write down customers orderand don't assume they want the combo. Food did taste great once it was corrected.
