Was Suppose to be a pan pizza. Looks nothing like a pan pizza.
I ordered 1 medium pizza and 6 garlic wings under the $6.99 each special, set for delivery which stated it will arrive around 28... minutes. Unfortunately, the order arrived shortly after an hour and everything was cold. I received a coupon for a free pizzabut nothing to address the chicken which I had to put in the air fryer and was still unable to eat it. I called the store and awoman answered the phone said that there was nothing that can be done to address my complaint. She said she only had 2 driversso she couldn't send another order out and if she did, she couldn't guarantee what time it would arrive. I then asked for astore credit to get an order of wings at my convenience so I can ensure it'll be hot. She said they don't do credits. I thenasked was there any other way for my concern to be addressed. I explained that with every other fast food pizza company, I'mable to have a store credit applied to my account for instances like these. She replied by stating Dominos isn't Pizza Hut orPapa John's so there wasn't much she could do. Also, the coupon came from "corporate" and this specific store couldn't doanything. I have NO IDEA why a representative of your brand would make such a statement alluding to the fact that Dominosdoesn't have the same customer care as competing restaurants. An employee like her is not a good representation of the Dominosbrand. I order probably 2-3 times a month with Dominos, solely. I do not eat other pizzas because I am a fan of the food hereand until today, quality has never been an issue. That being said, customer service is EVERYTHING and I will gladly take mybusiness elsewhere. Ordering takeout is a convenience and a luxury; customers should be treated like they're valued, and theirbusiness appreciated. In summary, this is the WORST fast-food experience I've had in my life, especially considering when Ioriginally called, I was hoping for an easy remedy to a problem I'm sure is common in the food delivery industry. Since I didn't order on line I was not eligible for significant discount---so much for face to face ordering and transactions! ... I spent over $24.00 for two pizzas; when I asked for a small cup of garlic sauce I was told it'd be 69 cents plus tax....are youkidding me? I gave them twenty four bucks...how about a little customer appreciation? Read more
