Worst customer service ever! Sat at the outside speaker (outside service lane), watched 4 cars move through the inside service... lane and we were NEVER spoken to. I tried speaking 2-3 times hoping they could hear. Thought the speaker wasn't working. Ifinally pulled up to the vehicle in front of me and asked them if they were able to place their order through the speaker. Shesaid yes. So guess the employees did not feel like saying "we'll be with you in a minute" or nothing! 5 minutes is way too longto sit and not even be acknowledged! Read more
I know there?s been some bad reviews on this Cook Out , but our experience was really good. The food was hot, fast, and we had... friendly service. Maybe it?s timing. But I?d definitely go back. Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Read more
If you can find another Cook-Out location, do yourself a favor and go there instead. This one was out of milkshake flavors and... the grilled chicken piece I got (b/c I'm gluten free) was laughably tiny. The man running the walk-up window was polite andspeedy but getting the food wasn't worth the wait. Small improvements will go a long way here. Read more

So a $4.38 Cheddar Style Big Double Burger is just a tiny single with Cheddar sauce and nothing else on it these days? This is... the third chance I've given this place to get a single order right since the pandemic limited late night options, but it will bethe last! Read more
I enjoy eating cookout here but a lot of the times they go weeks without certain items and when you ask them fix your tray they... can be rude. I asked if they could take my tray back and make it correctly they handed me a bag of seasoning for my fries and myCajun wrap I asked if they could just redo the tray they said you can just add the seasoning with bag of Cajun I just pulledoff. I usually have these issues at night with this cookout.Update 5/11/2022: I went to this cookout about 10 pm I asked for alarge cup of sweet tea no ice and a cup of ice I received a cup of unsweetened tea. It seems when you ask a little more fromthis staff they either do the order incorrectly on purpose or they just don?t care about customer satisfaction. Read more

Prices keep going up and quality of food keeps going down. $9 for a sandwich that looks like this. Pitiful...
