I just have to say the staff at this location have always been WONDERFUL when we come in. With 3 kids we can be a handful... especially when my little ones can't make a decision on which ice cream they want. However, tonight I went in by myself andLejla and the manager were so pleasant I almost wanted to stay and sit inside and chat while I ate my ice cream! And the icecream is always very tasty. I ordered a custom cake for my daughters birthday to be ready on 8/20. When I arrived at the specific time, I was told that it... was made the day before and given away to another customer. The lady running the store called in the manager who told me thattheir cake person was out and that they could have it made again by 11am the next day. I agreed, but when I returned the nextday, the cake had not been made. The young man called the manager I spoke to the day before who had no idea that the cakeperson didn?t come into work that day, and so nothing was done to make the cake. I was furious as my daughters party was in anhour. The manager offered to resolve the issue by giving me one of the pre made cakes from their supply as well as giving me arefund of the $51 I had paid for the custom cake. It is 5 days later and the manager has yet to follow through on his promiseof the refund. The management at this store is completely incompetent and/or untrustworthy. I would recommend staying far away.These actions have lost me and my family as customers of Cold Stone permanently. Read more

Timothy the manager was awesome! Nada took care of me. They were both very helpful. Super nice. I am from out of town and... forgot my wallet and they gave me my shakes on the house. The staff is lazy and rude. The young girl with black hair is friendly but She gives small portions and acts confused when you... tell her what you want. The older black women is rude and acts as if she is doing you a favor by doing what she is paid to do. Iexpect better for ?top shelf? top price ice cream shop. Ice cream was delicious, but service sucked - especially from the ?young lady? on evening of 4/30. We tipped $4 on $16 worth of... ice cream and didn?t even get a ?thank you,? let alone a tip song that the crew is supposed to sing (unless things have changedsince I managed a Cold Stone, which I doubt). Also, I?d suggest management/owners swapping out some of the larger containers offlavors for smaller containers for more flavors ? would have loved to have butter pecan as an option as opposed to some of theothers. I had an ice cream cake made I talked to the manager and he told me that if I put the cake on ice that it will hold it did not... hold at all so when I came and pick the cake up the girl told me it will be 10 more minutes on the cake so I waited I payed 34or 30 some dollars for a cake that we did not eat all I called back and talk to the girl and I ask her about the cake when shemade it she told me last night I don't believe that all she told me the cake will last 30 minutes when I got in my truck withthe cake the Oreo started falling off my cake I haven't been back to talk to the manager yet I really going to see can I get mymoney back that was the sorry service I ever had got showing you pictures of the cake and if he don't make it right the manger Iwant be back at all Read more
