This was our first visit to Claddagh in High Point. We sat in the bar area since the main dining area was reserved for a large... party. The staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered the poutine for an app. It was good but there's a mapley sweetness toit that you either like or don't. We both ordered the fish and chips. Also good but the fish was heavier on the breading than Iprefer. Great little spot. We'll definitely go again to try some of the other items on their menu. Also, if you're interestedthey have events. Trivia on Mondays, karaoke on Thursdays, and brunch on Sunday. I can't recall the other days but I believethere's something for each day of the week. Read more

It was OK, but I'm in no hurry to go back. The food was good, but not enough to make me excited to try the rest of the menu.... Service was very inattentive, and I was forced to serve myself extra napkins and a to go box from the nearby server station whenno one paid attention to us for extended periods. If someone suggested eating here, I would happily go again as long as Iwasn't on a tight schedule! Read more

Claddagh is our favorite local go to. Fish and chips are always the best you can get. Service is as good as any bar. Foothills... Jade and many other favorites on tap. We are so grateful they made it through Covid. We have ordered food in and take out overthe years, always good. Read more

We stopped by on Sunday 7/2122 around 11:45 for brunch. The regular dining room was over run with loud obnoxious teenagers from... HPU so we chose to sit in the bar where it was quieter. I always get the stuffed French toast as it is amazing. Unfortunately, when I gave the waiter my order he said that they were out of pastry cream and hadn?t made more. I asked myself how you couldrun out of an ingredient from your best seller on a Sunday?? My husband then ordered a new item off the menu. Once again ?Sorrybut we are out of that.? We both ordered something we didn?t really want instead of just leaving and going elsewhere. Shame onus for that, as neither of the new choices we made were worth it. The pancakes were mediocre at best and the banger sausage wascompletely bland. Definitely not as good of an experience as we have had in the past. It will definitely be a while before wereturn. Was so happy to go here. But quickly dissatisfied. French onion soup was really salty. Shepard's pies was not good DONT ORDER.... Was made with some type of red sauce and ground burger, the mashed potatoes on top were just gross and not even browned. I dobelieve it was frozen, made in advance and just not worth the $10. The croutons on the salad were great though. Read more

We ordered Claddagh through UberEats, we ordered lamb chops cooked medium. They gave us raw breaded lamb chops. We filed a... complaint through ubereats and I called the restaurant to express our concerns and frustration just to be met with ?I?m sorryour kitchen is now closed so we cannot remake anything.? We did not want the food to be remade, we wanted to let them know aboutthe quality issue which they seemed to not be very concerned about (it also is unfortunate we paid 70 dollars for what we deemas inedible food but we are more concerned with the health/safety concerns than the monetary loss). I have never made a negativefood review in my life no matter how bad, but unfortunately this experience was too severe. Read more

This restaurant has a well-deserved reputation, both for good food and a relaxed welcoming atmosphere which is at least slightly... Irish in flavor. Actually, with their effort they are very Irish. We went on a Friday night and it was not overly packed butthe parking lot was full. We tried the Fish and Chips as well as the Reuben sandwich entree. Both portions were excellent and wehad plenty without being too much. The beer selection and other mixed cocktail drinks were very diverse, but we'll try thoseanother time. This is a great once-in-a-while spot, and we'll definitely be back! Read more
