Great food,fast service.
I go to chipotle in North Main in High Point, Winston Salem at the Hanes Mall Location and Kernersville. Today I took my... daughter to lunch we arrived around 12:44 and we both ordered a chicken bowl. I always order ?to go? because I can?t eat it all.Well the serving was so small I left hungry. The guy doing the initial order was obviously not trained for the new store. Thecook was barely keeping up. I had to wait on chicken (keep in mind this is lunch and should be plenty of food prepared. A youngwoman was cutting onions and had cut a huge bowl and was oblivious to the surroundings around her. The pinto beans were crustedin the stainless steel container. They were also out of black beans because they were not ready along with the chicken (excusegiving to me). Because I was with my daughter I didn?t want to complain but someone has to get ahold of the small servings andincrease servings around lunch (HELLO). I gave one star for location and one star for the cleanliness of the restaurant (itsnew). I will go to North Main Street in High Point from here on out. Read more
This is my 1st time and I'm not impressed with this location. If I'm paying extra for chips and queso, I don't want stale chips!... Now if they were free with a meal I wouldn't be complaining...and they trying to get extra money by charging you for queso on aburrito when you ask for cheese which is suppose to be no extra charge.
