What to say? We've all had this heavenly ???? before. It seems chicken fri3d with a pinch of hate still tastes really good. 2... stars on atmosphere dues to always cramming these stores in spot half the size required and causing me to feel clostrophobic.In 30 yrs I can only recall once eating inside these barbie fast food chicken playhouses. This restaurant used to be a lot better. Since their remodel though, I think they have done an overhaul on their staffing, and... not for the better. Every time I come here, the customer service chick-fil-a is famous for falls pretty short, and at least oneof my items is completely dead. Floppy fries, crusty Mac and cheese, soggy chicken. I?ve given this location at least 5 triesbefore leaving a review, but it?s just not up to standard anymore. Bummer Read more
I arrived here about 1:53pm on a Saturday afternoon. My son and I were both hungry and about to do a 3 hr drive. I placed my... order vía the app in the parking lot at 1:57pm. I got my son a chicken, nugget kids, meal with fries and a lemonade. I got aneight count nugget with fries and a sweet tea and half lemonade. Shortly after order was placed, I got a notification that myfood was ready. I walked inside and it wasn?t ready yet. I waited a couple minutes before being handed the food at 2pm. I got abunch of napkins which is great for my car. Lol. My nuggets were hot and fresh. My fries were more so on the warm side than hotside. I would return. Read more
I have had issues with this location in the past, where you order a chicken sandwich and it is lost in their tiny downsized... buns. The location is convenient, so I thought I would try again. Ordered a chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun. They used tohave those! I was was given a cold dried out tiny piece of chicken on a stale 3" brioche bun with NO PICKLES! The bun I threwaway when I got home. This location hasn't improved at all! Done with them. Read more
When it comes to Chick-fil-a's chicken bowl, I never get disappointed. The chicken bowl is one of my favorite breakfast. If you... added their Jalapenos Salsa, it will take it to the next level. The best part about Chick-fil-A is their mobile app. Thier appis the best fast food app that I had experience. Because their app is cater to the drive thru, curbside, and dine in. I have yet to visit a Chick-fil-A where the people weren't friendly! This day I was in the drive-thru and an employee came to my... window to take my order. I said I was debating between the chicken strips or a chicken sandwich. She asked how hungry I was andI said not too hungry. She said " I would get the chicken strips." I said "Excellent choice! Problem solved!" We laughed, Ipaid, and off I went! I know it's a silly story but it was a fun interaction. That's what makes going to Chick-fil-Aenjoyable--if an employee is having a bad day you would never know it! Read more
