This was my time trying Biscuit King. I used the drive thru on Sedgebrook St. in High Point, NC. I just want to start by saying... they have terrible customer service. I pulled up to the window where I was just handed a bag of food by a lady who didn?t greetme or ask what I ordered, and she walked away. I stayed at the window after noticing I had the wrong order. I told her my orderwas wrong when she came back to window. She asked what I ordered, then she kind of snatched the old bag and handed me my foodthen walked away again. She clearly had an attitude, so no apology or concern at all about what happened was given. On top ofall of that, I ordered a chicken biscuit which I heard was the best thing to get. The chicken patty had no flavor and was hardand the biscuit had no butter making it very dry. I am not pleased with any aspect of my trip there and will not be returning.Any breakfast place in the Triad is better! Read more
This is becoming one of my favorite places to eat breakfast and a very good value! Seniors get a free soft drink or coffee when... purchased with a meal. A small negative is that they close at 3:00 p.m. daily. They have been very courteous and helpful evenwhen sometime short staffed! The eggs are not from powdered and that too is a welcome feature! My compliments to Ashley who Iknow is overworked but she has always been very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended for early dining! Read more
Best prices for the best breakfast. I usually stop there at least once a week. I love it too because it opens at 5am. Yes!! The... sausage and egg biscuit and large sweet tea is my go to. It hits the spot and doesn?t break the bank. Read more
My family and I visited Biscuit King today (August 2022) on a whim as we were en route to a different restaurant. What an... adventure! Everything was reasonably priced, delicious, fast (despite being super busy!), and staff was friendly. You can tellthe staff gets along with one another and takes care of customers. The location was super convenient- within a mile of our hotelalong with others. We will be back tomorrow as well! Thanks! Read more
I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit this morning. I LOVE Chicken biscuits. However, I couldn't even finish the biscuit I ordered... from here. Flavorless, dry, old tasting... The meat felt and tasted more like pressed chicken than an actual chicken breast.Paying $4 for a biscuit should result in at least a decent quality biscuit. Biscuit King can be classified as a diner where you can get breakfast all day along with burgers sandwiches and salads. This... High Point location has been open just for a few years. They hv always struggled with keeping good staff and Coronavirus madethe situation even worse. Customer service has always suffered. Hence I just use the drive through with them. The only reason Igo there is because the food is great and they are enroute to my kid's day care and work. Read more
I was on a road trip and excited to try a new place during a quick stop. Biscuit King sounded promising (I'm a fan of... Biscutville and thought it would be similar). Unfortunately, I was pretty darn disappointed. The size of the spicy chickensandwich was impressive, but I felt that it was the only positive part of my experience.
