Customer service is good but food portions are horrible...12.80 for a 1 scoop of meat and toppings burrito really sad
We love this new location. The food is excellent! The staff is very accomidating and provide excellent customer service.
Walked in and no one was in line. Stood at counter to order for 5 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged us. One guy was... making an order, a girl was just filling salsa containers behind him, and another guy was standing at the grille who just lookedat us. Not a problem I'll take my money elsewhere and not return to this location. If this is how your employees treat customersbe prepared to get more reviews like this. Read more
We asked if the kids quesadilla was still $1.99 on Sunday's and they said yes, then proceeded to charge us $10.99 for it. We... said we don?t want it and the cashier was unkind and said he had to ?follow rules? even after we were told it would only cost$1.99. This location used to be great, but after their prices went up by $2 and they got a totally new staff, it has gonedownhill quickly. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Read more
**Update 7/6/2022** Ordered a catered lunch for the office a couple weeks ago. Food came through EZ Cater. It was hot,... delicious and on-time! :-) I was too hungry to stop and take photos! Updated star rating to a 4. Previous rating of 3 starswas pretty much all due to a young, un-professional,employee. ******************************************************************** I probably won't be going back to this one. Weeat at Barberitos ALOT (different location). There was one girl in particular who seemed to have an issue with everything weasked for. We just bought 30 something dollars worth of food AS ALWAYS. Please give me a decent amount of meat on the burritoas well as 3 or 4 chipotle sauces. It shouldn't be such an issue to give the customers what they ask for especially when you'reserving THREE people. Read more
Had a catering order for my college graduation party that did not come with all items included, and missing one specific part of... the meal i really wanted. Also, it wasn?t set up for us AND didn?t include warmers even though both of these were supposed to beincluded. Called the general manager and was basically told ?sorry, next time do it differently.? terrible service, terriblecatering experience and terrible food at that. never ever again! Read more
We often eat at other Barberitos locations and have had good food and service. Today we had lunch at the Hwy 68 location. We... arrived at 1PM. After getting our food we had to ask someone to clean up a table for us. None were cleaned. it wasn?t crowdedand when we arrived we were the only customers there. An employee did clean a table for us and then left the others dirty. Theywent back to leaning on the counter doing nothing until another customer arrived and in the time for us to eat there were nevermore than three customer in the building. Three employees mostly standing around. Doubt we?ll be back to this location. Read more
I had the tofu with veggie plate here and it was delicious. I was pretty skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised ????.
