It's been a good while since I've been to this location and today reminded me why I hadn't been there in so long. Ordered at... the drive thru: #12 medium Reuben combo #2 medium roast beef classic combo Both with curly fries, one with medium unsweet teaand the other was a medium Dr pepper. Stated my order, was asked to repeat it, stated my order a 2nd time and was asked to pullaround. Pulled to the window, Shenicka repeated back the order and I confirmed yet again, stating they were mediums. She handsme a small tea and a straw. She gave me my total of $14.18 which seemed low for what I ordered. I paid. She handed me my bagand I noticed she charged me for a small Reuben meal and just a classic roast beef sandwich which wasn't all of what I ordered. I repeated my order again and said I had asked for a medium classic combo so I was missing my medium drink and medium curlyfries. She hands me a small Dr pepper and then goes and gets a medium curly fries. I asked for Arby's sauce, she said she putsome in the bag. I looked, only saw 1 pack. I asked for another, she huffed and handed me 2 more. At this point, I was fed upand just took what I was given and drove home. Shared lunch with my husband and despite ordering UNsweet tea, he was givensweet tea. This location needs some better management and staff that are capable of listening to orders and giving the customerwhat they ordered. The level of service here is absolutely unacceptable. Read more
Normally, I love this place? But? Went through the drive-thru. They never gave me a total so I could get my money ready. Then, I... get to the window and ask if I could add a sweet tea as I forgot. She denied me stating they can?t do add-ons at the window.Seriously??? I mean I can kind of understand food, but a drink??? So, I either had to drive back through the drive-thru (whichwas a very long line as usual and have to wait 20 minutes) or stop at another store. Some of us only get a certain amount oftime for lunch. Advertised as open at 10am. Drove there and was told at the drive thru the didn't open until 1130am. Should change your hours on... Google maps. Read more

The girl at the register had a severe attitude problem, not at me but she was for sure in a real hateful mood. I usually go to... the drive thru window but I went in this time. Never again. And I dine there at least 4 times a week. Next time I am treatedthis way I will refuse to spend my money there. Read more
My man at the window today, I can just tell he was going through it. The black car in front of us clearly had some issue cause... he sped around the other side of the building. But my guy at the window did not let that mess him up. He was nice to us, laughedat my bosses bad jokes and gave us our food with a smile. Y'all start taking care of folks man. The times are harder out herethen ever. I wish I would've asked his name but just really everyone there today was on it with what they had to work with.Y'all hang in there. I see you. Read more
I purchased fish sandwich n a drink, fries etc. Milk shake was good, fires were good too. The sandwich was okay, it was not the... way they advertise. It worked for time being.... service was good. Read more
Drive through girls rip you off. I placed the same order online at the same location, and it was 4 dollars cheaper than I got... charged. And the 2 meals came with medium drinks NOT small. Getto employees! Read more
