Our waitress Jasmine H was absolutely amazing. We had a really bad experience with another local place the previous night and... going out for lunch with our daughter at Applebees was a breath of fresh air. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly bythe hostess whom I had asked if we could be put close to a tv because it helps occupy our adhd daughter. She said absolutely shecould do that and took us right to a table in front of a tv. She then got down on our daughters level and greater her and shewas just so happy! Our waitress walked over while we were being seated and found out our daughter has adhd really bad and shegreated her as well. Our waitress Jasmine was just absolutely amazing to us the entire time we were there. We never had to askfor anything at all because she was always right there checking on us. The food was absolutely amazing as well. My husband and Iboth have an allergy to mushrooms and we got the burbon street chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and let me be thefirst to say the food was good and hot when it came to the table and our daughter had a cheeseburger with fries and strawberriesand it was hot as well. We truly enjoyed our meal and the time we had at Applebees and the time our waitress spent talking tonot only us but our daughter!!! 10/30/22 Well. Once again the food, drinks, and service were great. We paid cash this time. (Thanks Kelly W) 10/30/22 Update on... last visit: They have a new option now where you can scan a qr code on your receipt and pay your tab. That's how we paid. Serverwas standing at register and said it went thru. It's been 10 days now and they still haven't taken the money from my account.(Thanks Applebee's) 10/2/22 Haven't been here in a while because the service really sucked the last couple of times we werehere. However. We thought we would check it out today for lunch. It was convenient. Much to our surprise they had abartender/waitress/manager working the bar area, with a Hostess and a couple of other Waitresses on duty. The food and servicewere great, and the Coors Light Draft was cold. I'm gonna bump my 3 stars up to 4 stars. (Thanks Sylvia S(manager/bartender/waitress)) 9/6/21 It's Labor Day. They are one of only a few places open. We walked in to no greeter. Therewas two guys in the place. One of them was "the" waiter. Yep. One waiter and some other guy running the place by themselvestoday. We got tired of waiting and left. I gave them a 3 because this was a good place at one time. To the unsuspecting consumer and whomever it may concern, I have been charged as of 11:54 PM EST an eye popping total of... $584.48 on a meal where I spent $135.00 including the tip. The manager of the location, Evan Frederico, was professional andhospitable, but the answer he gave me was that the over charging was due to a systematic error with what I am assuming is yourpoint of service system provider. It is truly a shame that Evan and our waiter Gabriel were so fantastic, but because of thisexperience I can never and will never return to Applebees. The staff are very friendly and professional, and I am absolutelysure they deserve double what you pay them given that this cannot be the first time corporate has placed them in an impossiblesituation. The fact that I or anyone else impacted have to go through a whole process to get these transactions reversed iscompletely inexcusable, and I am thankful it was not large enough to reach the limit on my credit card, yet. I can only hopethis experience was limited to just me and that your company did not just harm hundreds of consumers through gross negligence.Let anyone reading this review beware to dine here at their own risk. As far as the food goes, the quesadilla cheeseburger andstrawberry margarita I had were good, but respectfully not $584.48. My deepest regret in all of this is that I allowed myhubris to fool me into thinking Applebees would be a great place for dinner. While I understand that there is a staffing shortage the service was mediocre at best, I shouldn't have to ask you three times... for a refill, and the kitchen took a long time to get food out. Read more

Nice local restaurant! One of the waitresses named Shamika, was Awesome! Spot on...being we were on a lunch hour and the food... arrived quickly and exactly the way we wanted it, and then the receipt followed up shortly thereafter! Awesome! Prices aregetting high it was 40 + dollars for lunch! Which is just crazy! Read more
Uncomfortable chairs for a party of 7. The waiter gave his name immediately which I liked. Great job! I asked for certain items... which were forgotten. No plates brought out to share spinach and artichoke dip. Portion of ratio to the chips and dip and salsawas off. Next, my fettuccini Alfredo and blackened shrimp dish was dry and lacked the sauce. I was brought more sauce though.Lastly, desserts were ordered and everyone who ordered dessert was missing something. The waiter argued with our party statingeverything was there. They literally had to show him what was missing. Totally not acceptable and had I been paying, I wouldhave been speaking to a manager.
