A standard A & W, which is to say untrained staff and corners being cut to pretend to save money... filthy location... Make... sure to repeat your order at the drive through because the staff makes it pretty clear they don't listen. Make sure to checkyour bags and demand condiments if you want them, they will say anything to get you out of the drive-through so you don'tintrude on their valuable time. Basically what I expect from a chain fast food restaurant. They just did the condiments thingto me again.... I want my breakfast to come with ketchup and salt and pepper like it's supposed to.... this breakfast isgoing in the garbage because no odd can eat this cold slop without ketchup.... If they say the condiments are in the bag, faketo open the bag and they will bring you what they just lied to you about 20 seconds before... management allows this behaviorand does nothing to correct it... Bad service, had to wait about 10 minutes to order and I was the only one there, rude staff, I guess their phone is more... important than their customers, always messes up orders. Read more
Ordered 04 burgers and 04 wraps for take out around 7pm in the restaurant. Noticed 01 burger was missing. No receipt either.... Went back to get it through the front door around 8.50pm. Short young staff girl was inside and keeping busy with her cellphone.Kept knocking on the door for 10 mins and at last knocked on the D/T window. She simply said ?I forgot to give 01 burger?, andgave me a burger which was already packed and sitting there for more than one and half hours. Can?t expect more than that from acareless staff girl who thinks her cellphone is more important than customers. P.S. it was a super slow time. Read more

You can't even go into the restaurant just to order; they make you place your order at the drive through window, in front of... vehicles and out in the cold. I won't be back until that changes. There are suitable safety precautions, and then there isabsolutely ridiculous. Suppose a customer waiting or placing an order at the drive through gets hit by a vehicle - is A&W goingto assume responsibility by putting customers in harms way? Not to mention the drive-through is packed with ice and snow, adding extra danger with very slippery conditions. If I could rate less than 1 star, this A&W would receive it. Read more
