TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered a pizza for 5:15 pm called and made the order at 2:30 pm. Went to pick up pizza and they had four... people working in the kitchen and nobody knew about the order. Instead of fixing the problem and making the 1 pizza real quickand putting it thru the oven. Said it would be an hour before we could get one. Not how a business should be ran. Horrible customer service. Ordered food online and went to pick up and they hadn't even started our order and they wasn't busy.... It was a SUNDAY! Bread for the subs have not been proofed enough. It's very flat! Lids off the coffee's and them ALL blinking!Store was dirty! They ran out of gas and customers had to leave while we was waiting for our food. In all my 6+ years ofworking for a Casey's our store NEVER had this many issues or was this dirty. I've never seen the stores in Higginsville or atthe junction ran so bad. Both have gone down hill. The customer service is incredible here, they go above and beyond. I've driven cross country twice this year already and this is... the best gas station I've stopped at. Highly recommend the food too, super tasty. The doughnuts are to die for. Read more
