It's a fast food restaurant with excellent customer service. Waiting time was reasonable and they offer a variety of breakfast... and lunch options. My favorites are the sourdough jack with curly fries and sweet tea or iced vanilla coffee. Read more
Very poor customer service, was denied food service from the side entrance, and was told I had to walk to the drive thru window.... I was on foot & no car. No supervisor on board making things worse and a bad, poor customer service attitude from one ordertaker, who was only sitting in the dining area and using her personal phone.... guess she had better things to do.... I always go to jack in the box at McAllen. BUT today I'm here in this gross Jack in the box its really dirty in here especially... the restrooms. This place needs some deep cleaning and a restroom makeover. I asked for honey mustard and buttermilk and thecashier said that they didnt have any but in reality she didnt know what was i talking about because the honey mustard andbuttermilk was in plain sight i had to tell her myself. The sweet tea area is just gross as well flies everywhere. Like come onget some cleaning in here ASAP. Read more
two tacos, it may seem little, but how about four tacos?, it sounds excellent, doesn't it? Now how about eight tacos to share... with your partner or your best friend or your mom or whoever you want! The one in Hidalgo is quick, barely any customers at the time I went. Best spicy sandwich. Curly fries are unbeatable.
