The food was okay- not anything that great. The service needs a lot of improvement. Basically, have to hunt down the waitress to... ask for things. Waitress never came over to check on the table, not personable. No substitutions allowed when asked for porkfried rice instead of white or brown rice. Overall, not anything great. Read more
I was very disappointed at the service provided. We ordered takeout food and sat in chair in front and told her to let us know... when food is ready?.it was ready but she gave it to everyone who ordered after us while she was on phone but kept us waitingsaying she was on phone?it was very rude of her to do that to my kid who was sitting right there waiting for his food. The food tasted just ok, the service needs a lot of improvement, made me sick after eating here! They treated customs... differently. Oh my God, you need to dress up to eat here! My dishes were thrown on the table, but others were presented andcarried carefully. We ordered dinner because we were in the area and patronize the other Jani restaurants. The service was excellent and... fast. The sesame chicken was on the gooey side. It had 2 small pieces of broccoli. The rice was not very flavorful but the soupwas great. We ordered egg rolls and they were really delicious. We also ordered the lo main which was also ok. This is the worst food we have ever encountered. We eat out a lot. Don?t go here. Ignore the other reviews. The Salmon terriyaki... ramen soup tasted like prison food. No flavor whatsoever, overcooked Salmon in a broth less seasoned than dishwater. The sushiwas somewhat acceptable but the crunchy part of my crunchy salmon roll was stale. No crunch. Even the soy sauce was watereddown. Skip this place. Read more
