Employee doesn't listen what we are ordering. Always in donkin donut's problem I think so problem language they don't... understand. Because ask many times again wrong order. I understand how is difficult language. They're nice people very kindlyand after they say no problem we will change(replace it) order. I said it's ok I don't want to take their time. Got the wrong donut but it was a fresher donut so worth.
$16.53 for a large iced coffee with 3 extra shots of espresso. I called it to their attention and they assured me that was the... right price and everyone had been under charging me in the past. 7 months I had coffee here twice a week but never again. Read more

RE; experience with server here- ?R;? R has a unique way of speaking with guests that makes her seem more like a friend than a... server. Not only does that lead to an increase in her tips (I noticed many very large ones in the tip jar!...) , but it alsoleads to an increase in your total sales as well. The latter is important for us as we strive to help local top-notchrestaurants recover from COVID-related depressed sales. In addition to working in the front of the restaurant, it appears thatR has ample experience as a cross-trainee in the back/ remaining part. I?ve notice that she takes on responsibility for helpingclean the restaurant at the end of her shift. This is important during our current COVID- crisis, and is also much appreciatedby us, as patrons. I would be very happy to see her move on and advance in her career in the customer service industry, whereI happen to work. Btw. Horrible service. Does not understand what I wanted. Had to repeat several times and we got 2 dozen wrong donuts. Only... discovered it when got home. Donuts look and taste stale. Not fresh. This place needs new management. Read more
