Ok so here is the deal if you want hot chocolate. You need to ask the nice Cinnabon worker if they can please put two packets of... Swiss miss instead of one. So disappointed. Walked up to buy the mini Cinnabons. The ladys were speaking and one told the other to take a few back. ... Wasn't sure why. When I ordered 4- 4pks the lady was told to bring one 4pk back. When I got home realized one was still raw. The other 3-4pks that were sitting were rock hard. Haven't ate cinnabon for such a long time and this made me not want itanymore. So glad my kids did not eat the raw ones because they would have not known and most likely could have gotten sick. Went here to purchase a few Cinnabons, while they are great, the employees behind the counter aren't to bright. Wanted to buy a... 4 pack of bun, which was 12.00dollars. The girl said they didnt have a 4 pack and I'd have to come back later. She had 4 bunsleft that she was selling. I asked if these buns where the same as what was in the 4 pack and she said yes they were. I thenasked why I couldnt get those 4 and she said, if she sold me those, she wouldn't have any left. I asked if they were for saleand she said yes. I then said could I purchase all 4 to which she said yes. So I asked what was the difference other than theprice. Separately the amount came to over $16.00 where the 4 pack was $12.00 Go figure that common sense is devoid with somepeople, but it does explain why she is selling buns at minimum wage, because she did not appear to have any sense. Went to the broadway mall location today and was suprised by the customer service I received. I asked for her name because she... was soo sweet and friendly. She said her name was Miriam. All the items looked sooo fresh and delicious the store was clean andI just loved her attitude. I went towards the end of the day so I was very surprise of how upbeat she was and how the cinnabonslooked super fresh. I recommend it! Read more
